Mahmoud Elashkar is a seasoned construction and engineering professional with 20 years of experience, currently serving as a Resident Engineer at POE Architects & Engineers since December 2020, and as a Project Manager at East Coast Contracting & Trading LLC and Al Sarh Contracting L.L.C. since January 2019 and March 2016, respectively. Additionally, Mahmoud has held the position of Resident Engineer at CEG International since June 2012. This extensive background includes managing high-rise buildings, schools, residential buildings, malls, and warehouses, with expertise in project management, control planning and scheduling, and coordination among various disciplines on-site. Mahmoud obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University between 1995 and 2000.
