Jelena Agbaba has extensive work experience in the food industry. Jelena worked as the Head of QAPD at Al Rawabi, where they were responsible for quality control, quality assurance, product development, and food safety. Jelena also managed ISO certifications and audits, handled regulatory affairs, and ensured compliance with standards. Prior to this, Jelena served as a Technical Manager at VK Aromatics, where they oversaw the production of liquid and powder flavors and worked closely with customers for product development. Jelena also worked as a Crude Sunflower Oil Production Manager at Vital AD, managing various operations and maintenance tasks. Additionally, Jelena has experience as a Development Team Leader at AD Vital, leading the development of mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard products, and as a Dairy Production Manager at Vectra Co, overseeing the production of dairy products and implementing quality control measures.

Jelena Agbaba earned a Master's degree in Food Technology and Processing from the Faculty of Technology, Serbia, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Jelena has obtained several certifications throughout their career.
