Najeeb Nhalil is a qualified Senior Project Maintenance Engineer at Al Rashed Food Company since June 2022, responsible for overseeing capital and repair projects, ensuring quality control in health and safety, budgets, and schedules. Previously, Najeeb served as a Project Engineer at Herfy Food Services Company from October 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included risk management and procurement supervision. Earlier experience includes a role as a Safety Inspection Engineer at Kias Safety Consultancy, focusing on inspection plans and risk management for equipment, and as a Project Engineer at BU Engineering & Inspection Pvt Ltd, where project planning and documentation were key roles. Najeeb began the career as a Production Engineer at Videocon Industries, coordinating production processes.
