Adel Al Musharraf has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Adel worked at alrajhi bank as a Senior Director in Customer Retention and Exceptions, as well as an ATM & Outlets Senior Director, where they managed various operations related to the Tahweel Al Rajhi Network. Prior to that, they worked at Al Rajhi Bank as a Tahweel Network Director and Tahweel Network Operations Executive Manager, overseeing network-related units and daily operations of Tahweel centers. Adel also held positions such as Tahweel AML/Compliance Manager and Diaspora Marketing Manager at Al Rajhi Bank. Before joining Al Rajhi Bank, Adel worked at Bank Albilad, where they served as a Customer Service and Quality Control Unit Manager and Sales Senior Officer in the Enjaz Group. Earlier in their career, they worked at Riyad Bank as a Marketing Officer and Senior Officer in the Operations Division.

Adel Al Musharraf obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences - Accounting from King Saud University between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, they received a TADAWUL CERTIFICATE from the Saudi Stock Exchange (TADAWUL) in May 2004 and a Retail Banking Professional Foundation Certificate from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority- SAMA in 2015.
