Heba Alabduljabbar has extensive experience in the information technology and business analysis sectors, currently serving as the SAP Commercial Lead at Al Muhaidib Group since January 2016, following progressive roles including Senior Business Analyst and IT Support Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as a Support Engineer at Mayar Foods, where responsibilities involved SQL backend support and report enhancement, and participation in the Mahara Program under the Prince Mohamed Program of Youth Development, which focused on English, soft skills, and IT training. Heba's early career includes a student assistant role at the University of South Alabama and internships in healthcare administration at King Fahad Medical City. Heba holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of South Alabama and an Associate's degree in Hospital Administration from the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia.
