Hamdy Abdelmonem Mahmoud has extensive experience in the IT field, with a focus on IT operations, communication, and service management. Hamdy has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Cairo University and a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of New Brunswick. Hamdy also holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Florida State University.
