Nasser Alazony has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Nasser started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Salman private school in Sharjah in 2001. Here, they handled responsibilities such as issuing relieving letters and certificates, calculating settlements, conducting exit interviews, and managing visa processes.

In 2012, they moved on to become the Human Resources Manager at Alzuhour Private School. In this role, they ensured compliance with MOE regulations and UAE employment laws, managed the payroll process and supporting documents, renewed licenses, and oversaw the renewal of the school and clinic licenses.

Currently, Nasser Alazony is serving as the Human Resources Director at Al Maaref Private School, a position they have held since 2014. Here, they administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, advises managers on policy matters, analyzes and modifies compensation and benefits policies, and ensures compliance with legal requirements.
