Ammar Balawi is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in broadcast design. Currently serving as a Senior Broadcast Designer at Al Jazeera Media Network since March 2013, Ammar leads the visual development for major segments and special coverage, including significant projects for the network's 2022 rebranding and various international elections. Prior roles include Graphic & Motion Designer, Design Consultant at Sprintive, and freelance positions focusing on project coordination and 3D design. Ammar holds a Master's degree in Design Management from The University of Salford and a Master's degree in Design from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Design from Yarmouk University.
