Vincent Van Ko has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vincent Van started their career as a Customer Service Representative at APAC Customer Service, where they handled various customer service tasks. Vincent Van then worked as a Customer Service Specialist at InterContinental Hotels Group, where they provided customer service support. Vincent also worked as a Customer Care Specialist at TELUS International Philippines, focusing on customer care. Vincent Van then transitioned into the hotel industry, working as a Front Office Receptionist/Cashier at Crowne Plaza Dubai® Sheikh Zayed Road, where they managed front desk operations and guest services. Vincent Van later became a Human Resources and Training Coordinator at the same hotel, handling HR-related tasks such as visa renewals, employee relations, medical insurance, and training coordination. Vincent continued to grow in their HR career, working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lufthansa before joining GHM (General Hotel Management Ltd) as a Human Resources Executive and later as a Human Resources Manager. Vincent Van then joined Emaar Hospitality Group as a Cluster Human Resources Manager, responsible for HR management across multiple properties. Currently, Vincent is working at Al Habtoor City Hotel Collection as a Complex Senior Human Resources Manager, and soon will assume the role of Complex Assistant Director of Human Resources.

Vincent Van Ko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Our Lady of Fatima University from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Marist School, where they earned a High School Diploma from 1990 to 2001.

In addition to their education, Vincent Van Ko has also obtained additional certifications. In July 2019, they completed a course titled "How to Handle Political Conversations at Work" offered by LinkedIn. Furthermore, in October 2018, they obtained a certification in emergency first aid with CPR and AED from Al Salama Fire Safety Training.
