Paul Fahy began their work experience in 2003 as an Associate at Slaughter and May, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined A&L Goodbody as a Senior Associate, and later became a Partner and Head of Tax in May 2010.

Paul Fahy attended the University of Galway from 1994 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in B Corp Law. Paul then continued their education at the same university from 1997 to 1998, completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
