Isabella Spencer-Higgins has a strong background in corporate law, with experience working at prestigious law firms such as A&L Goodbody LLP and Hill Dickinson LLP. Isabella started their career in 2015 as a Banking and Finance Paralegal at Ivor Fitzpatrick and Company Solicitors. In 2016, they joined A&L Goodbody LLP as a Litigation Paralegal before becoming a Trainee Solicitor and later a Corporate Solicitor. In 2021, they moved to Hill Dickinson LLP as a Corporate and Commercial Associate. Isabella returned to A&L Goodbody LLP in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Corporate Associate.

Isabella Spencer-Higgins has a diverse educational background. Isabella attended St Gerards from 2004 to 2010 for their primary education. Subsequently, they enrolled at University College Dublin from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law, specializing in Law and French Law. During their time at University College Dublin, Isabella also attended Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 2012 and 2013, earning a Licence III in Law. Following their undergraduate studies, Isabella pursued further education at the Law Society of Ireland from 2015 to 2019. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree during this period. Most recently, in 2019 and 2020, Isabella completed a Professional Diploma in Corporate Finance at Chartered Accountants Ireland.
