Georgina Kabemba Murphy has extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and immigration law. Georgina is currently working as a Risk & Compliance Lawyer at A&L Goodbody LLP since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Risk Management and Compliance Lawyer at Beauchamps from November 2015 to February 2022. Before joining Beauchamps, they worked at Fragomen, where they served as a Consultant for Ireland from November 2015 to January 2018, and as the Head of Irish practice and Corporate Immigration Lawyer from April 2014 to November 2015. Georgina started their career at Matheson in January 2007 as an Employment and Corporate Immigration Associate, where they advised on employment and equality law matters. Georgina held this position until March 2014. Georgina is a member of various professional associations, including the Employment Lawyers Association of Ireland, the International Bar Association Immigration and Nationality Law Committee, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Georgina Kabemba Murphy has a diverse education history. Georgina has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Northumbria University, which they obtained in 2021. Georgina also has a Diploma in Judicial Skills and Decision-making from the Law Society of Ireland. Georgina completed their undergraduate studies at Trinity College Dublin, where they earned a BA Moderatorship degree in Business and Political Science. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Legal Studies from Technological University Dublin and a Diploma in Employment Law from University College Dublin. Furthermore, Georgina is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Law Society of England and Wales, as they have successfully completed their respective Roll of Solicitors programs.
