Colm Byrne started their career in 2013 as a Sales Team Member at Life Style Sports. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Intern at Matheson, where they gained experience in the Mergers and Acquisitions team. Later that year, they also had a Summer Internship at A&L Goodbody, working in the Corporate Transactions Group. In 2017, Colm joined IBM as a Paralegal before returning to A&L Goodbody as a Paralegal in the same year. In 2018, they became a Trainee Solicitor at A&L Goodbody, completing rotations in Capital Markets, Employment, and Client Technology teams. Colm currently holds the position of Solicitor - Employment and Corporate Immigration at A&L Goodbody, starting in January 2021.

In 2020, they attended the Law Society of Ireland and obtained a Certificate in Technology Law. Colm also completed the PPC2 Course at the same institution during the same year.

In 2019, Colm Byrne attended the University of Adelaide, where they earned a Certificate in Introduction to Project Management.

From 2018 to 2019, they attended the Law Society of Ireland and completed the PPC1 Course.

In 2012, Colm Byrne studied at University College Dublin, where they earned a Bachelor of Business and Law (BBL) degree with a specialization in Law.
