Riju Cheenankandy is a highly experienced facilities management professional currently serving as Group Facilities Manager in Asset Operation at Al Ghurair Group since April 2022. Riju oversees a diverse portfolio including Burjuman Mall, Reef Mall, as well as residential and commercial properties. Previous roles include Facilities Manager and Retail Design Delivery Head for BurJuman Mall, where management responsibilities spanned facilities and retail delivery. Experience also includes fit-out and facilities management at Marina Mall - Abu Dhabi, and senior positions in MEP management at Al Reyami Interiors. Riju holds a B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, a LEED Green Associate certification, and is currently pursuing an MBA.
