Arif Iqbal has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on housekeeping roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Nishat Hotels & Properties Limited since March 2016, Arif has held multiple supervisory positions, including Senior Housekeeping Supervisor at Emporium Mall Lahore and at InterContinental Hotels Group. Responsibilities include overseeing staff training, managing guest feedback, conducting room inspections, and leading cost-saving initiatives.
