Shiji Mary is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Al Baladi Group, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Shiji Mary worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Baladi Express from October 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits programs and overseeing the recruitment process for various departments. Earlier experience as a Recruitment Officer at Al Baladi Group involved handling the complete recruitment lifecycle for BaladiExpress - Drivers recruitment. Shiji Mary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Amity University (2018-2021) and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Amity University Dubai since February 2023.
