Bhavik Bhatt has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Bhavik is currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at Aktivolabs since April 2023. Prior to this, Bhavik worked at The Bonsey Design Partnership as a Strategic Advisor and Strategy Director. Bhavik also held positions as a Senior Brand Strategist, Senior Brand Programme Manager, and Co-Founder at different companies, including Brandspeed, Green Design, and Eureka Moment (previously RJB Design). Bhavik's experience also includes a role as Operations Director & Producer at PFP Media Group. Their career spans from 2000 to the present day.

Bhavik Bhatt has a BAIA degree in Interior Architecture from Curtin University of Technology. Bhavik also holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Management from HRKC, Mumbai and an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design from the College of Architecture Nasik. Furthermore, Bhavik has completed a Design Thinking Methodology Workshop at the Institute of Systems Science (lSS) National University of Singapore and has studied Wayfinding & Placemaking Solutions at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. In addition, Bhavik has obtained PMC Certification from the Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council in 2021.
