Carla Anthony has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in leadership roles. Carla began their career in 2005 as the Director of Human Resources and Total Compensation at Gambro. Carla then served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Denver Public Schools in 2007. Carla went on to become the Vice President of Human Resources at Gambro Renal Products/Baxter Healthcare in 2008. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Western Union. Carla then joined the Colorado Department of Human Services as the Director of Human Resources from 2016 to 2018. Carla continued their career as the Director of Human Resources at MasTec Advanced Technologies from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Learning at UDR - Opening Doors to your future. Carla most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at the Department of Public Safety, City and County of Denver starting in 2021.
