Sandeep K S Nair has had a long and varied career in the engineering industry. Sandeep began their professional career in 1998 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at National Aerospace Laboratories. In 1999, they took on the role of Project Manager at Infosys Technologies Ltd. In 2006, they joined Aktis Engineering Solutions Inc as President and Head of US Operations, and also served as Director & Head of Sales & Marketing, where they managed a team of 50 highly talented engineers and provided end-to-end solutions for the engineering industry. In 2013, they took on the role of Chief Trainer at Aktis CTC, where they enabled engineers to do things better.

Sandeep K S Nair received their B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum between 1993 and 1997.
