Laetitia Dubief has a wealth of experience in the field of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Laetitia began their career in 2004 as an R&D Cosmetics Engineer at Cognis. In 2006, they moved to L'Oréal where they held the role of Responsable de Laboratoire d'Évaluation Métrologique and Ingénieur R&D. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at SICPA as a Digital Printing Engineer and Ingénieur Chimiste Formulation. Laetitia then moved to Sensient Inkjet (Sensient Imaging Technologies S.A.) where they worked as a Senior Product Development Scientist. In 2018, they began working at Serolab SA as a Collaboratrice Assurance Qualité. From 2019 to 2021, they were employed at Intuitive Therapeutics SA as Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs and Quality Manager. Currently, they are a Senior QA Engineer and PRRC at Aktiia.

Laetitia Dubief completed their undergraduate degree in 2006, earning an Ingénieur Chimie - Génie des Procédés from CPE Lyon. Her field of study included Chimie générale, Génie de Procédés, Sciences analytiques, and Formulation.
