Wade B. is an experienced process engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and operational management within the plastics industry. Currently employed at Akrochem Corporation as a Process Engineer since March 2021, Wade has previously held significant roles, including Regional Operations Manager and Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager at Jerico Plastic Industries, Inc., as well as Plant Manager and Project Manager at Mantaline Corporation. Wade's technical expertise includes overseeing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, collaborating with suppliers for equipment startup, and developing new formulations in partnership with R&D.
