Earl Owens is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles related to facility management and engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Engineer at Akridge and Engineering Supervisor at Knollwood Army Distaff since 2019 and 2021 respectively, Owens has previously held positions as a Stationary Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield and as an Engineer at Erickson Living. Additionally, Owens served as the Director of Facilities at Perry Street Preparatory Public Charter School and worked as a Watch Engineer at Amazon. Owens's educational background includes HVAC training from Lincoln Technical Institute Maryland, as well as studies at Phelps Senior High and Montgomery College, complemented by affiliations with the National Association of Power Engineers (NAPE).
