William McElroy is an experienced professional in systems integration and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Systems Integration & Field Services at AKRF since April 2023. Prior to this role, McElroy held the position of Vice President, Engineering & Integration at Highway Tech from July 2016 to April 2023. Additional experience includes managing the Transportation Division at Chapman Construction Group for a brief period in 2016, serving as General Manager at Transportation Technical Services, Inc. from September 2003 to July 2014, and working as Vice President at Traffic Engineering & Sales, Inc. for over 15 years.
