Anne Locke's work experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at AKRF, Inc. where they managed environmental reviews for various projects. Anne also worked as an Outside Environmental Consultant at the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation. Locke's earlier roles include being a planner at Parsons Brinckerhoff and a Municipal Architect in Marrakech, Morocco.
Anne Locke completed their Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at Rice University from 1966 to 1970. Anne then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rice University from 1970 to 1972. Later, they pursued a Master of City and Regional Planning degree at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, specializing in Planning in Developing Countries and Urban Design from 1976 to 1978.
