Laura Pinilla is a Project Manager-Quality at Akorn, Inc since November 2015. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Junior Scientist at the same company. Before that, Laura was a Research Chemist at Novel Laboratories, Inc from March 2013 to October 2015. Laura also has experience as a Documentation Associate at Aurobindo Pharma and as a Biochemistry Lab Assistant at Kean University. With a Master's degree in Business and Science in Drug Discovery and Development from Rutgers University, Laura has a strong educational background in Biotechnology and Industrial Microbiology from Kean University and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, respectively.
