Harley McKenzie is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in DevOps and cloud engineering. Currently serving as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Akoova since October 2019, Harley has managed customer infrastructure in AWS, provided technical support for major brands, and handled Magento code deployment. Prior to Akoova, Harley worked at Idea 11 from April 2017 to September 2019 as a Systems Engineer and Client Services Engineer, focusing on IT support and cloud technologies. Harley's career began at McDonald's Corporation as a Product Quality Manager and includes an Assistant Systems Administrator role at Bentleys Qld. Harley holds a Diploma of Information Technology Networking from TAFE Queensland.
