Patricia Wiedmaier has a diverse work experience in facility management and operations. Patricia started their career as a Business Operations Manager at AudienceScience Inc., where they supervised facility operations and staff across multiple locations in the US and worldwide subsidiaries. Patricia then worked as a Facility Services and Contract Manager at Puget Sound Energy, managing facility O&M services and contracts for over 38 sites. After that, they joined Seattle Children's Hospital as a Facility Manager, overseeing the operations and maintenance of three buildings. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Facilities at the Children's Home Society of Washington, where they are responsible for the agency's statewide owned and leased facilities and the implementation of the deferred maintenance schedule.
Patricia Wiedmaier holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the University of Washington. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate of Facility Management from the same institution, with a focus on Facilities Planning and Management. Patricia also has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Paralegal Studies from Edmonds College.
