Md Ismail Morshed is an experienced mechanical professional currently serving as Assistant Manager (Mechanical) at AkijBashir Group since August 2021, where responsibilities include monitoring and supervising mechanical activities related to plant maintenance and projects. Previously, Md Ismail Morshed held positions as Mechanical Engineer and Assistant Mechanical Engineer at Janata & Sadat Jute Industries Ltd. and Janata Jute Mills Ltd., respectively, focusing on spinning and weaving operations. Md Ismail Morshed's career began with a role as Assistant Mechanical Engineer at Prime Group of Industries, managing scheduled and preventive maintenance of various machinery. A brief training at RPCL Mymensingh Power Station provided exposure to power plant operations.
