Sylvie Toutain has extensive experience in contract management and technical affairs within the railway and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Service Contract Manager and SCM coordinator at Akiem since October 2013, Sylvie is responsible for ensuring the technical and financial performance of leasing contracts and oversees Service Contract managers across Europe. Previous roles include Technical Affairs Manager and Locomotive Fleet Manager at Nacco, where responsibilities involved fleet management in Germany and Eastern Europe. Additional experience spans project management in conferences and training at the European Institute for Creative Strategies & Innovation, international advertising at Les Echos, and commercial assistance at tesa tape in Hamburg. Sylvie holds a Master's degree in Franco-German Management from IAE, Université Metz, and has pursued studies in German language and culture at various institutions.
