Janet Candiano, CSCP, PMP, serves as the VP of New Product Development and Product Management at Arcade Beauty since September 2021, with a focus on developing streamlined pre-sale processes in Package Engineering and Estimating. Previously, Janet held the position of Director of Product Management at Avanir Pharmaceuticals, overseeing project management and governance for Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Pharmaceutical Development initiatives. With a rich background at Coty, Janet was Director of Global New Product Innovation, leading new launches for the Consumer Beauty Division and enhancing project visibility and execution for the Sally Hansen portfolio.
