Anne-Laure Dussailly Klipfel is an accomplished industrial operations manager with extensive experience in the food packaging and production sectors. Currently serving as the Industrial Operation Manager at Arcade Beauty since September 2023, Anne-Laure has previously held key positions such as Production Manager at LABEYRIE FINE FOODS and Operations Manager at Sabert Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple production lines, managing materials and performance results, and leading cost improvement initiatives. With a strong background in continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean tools and TPM practices gained during tenure at Nestlé, Anne-Laure has demonstrated expertise in cross-functional management, coaching, and strategic vision across various manufacturing environments.
