Lien Pham serves as the Vice President of Operations at Akesis, Inc., since January 2018, where responsibilities encompass installation and service, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs/quality assurance. As a member of the C-Suite, Lien Pham played a pivotal role in establishing the Operations organization for a start-up focused on manufacturing radiation therapy equipment. Prior experience includes leading advanced technical support at Varian Medical Systems Particle Therapy, overseeing installation and commissioning support for the Mevion S250 Proton Therapy System, and holding senior roles at Oncology Services International and Xcision Medical System. Lien Pham's extensive career started at Siemens Healthcare, advancing from Manager of Calibration and Installation to Director of Field Engineering, where a strong emphasis was placed on technical support and manufacturing processes across the Asia Pacific region.
