Øyvind Moen

Vice President - Tender & Win - Powersolutions at Aker Solutions

Øyvind Moen has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Øyvind started their career in 2005 as a Cost Estimator at Aker Kvaerner, where they later became a Global Business Stream Controller. In 2007, they joined Aker Oilfield Services as an Interface Manager. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Finance Manager at Core Subsea AS.

In 2010, Øyvind Moen joined Aker Solutions and held various roles. Øyvind was the Commercial Team Lead in the Workover System Sales & Tender Department from 2010 to 2012. Øyvind then became the Business Manager for the Statoil Cat B Project, where they were responsible for contract negotiations and managing the project team. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Business Manager for the Workover Systems Product Area. In 2016, they became the Head of Sales & Tender for Workover Systems. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Business Strategy & Tender Manager.

From 2018 to 2020, Øyvind Moen served as the Senior Manager - Business Development Manager for New Services SLS. Øyvind developed market analysis and business cases for new offerings and business models, as well as established new client relationships. In 2020, they became the Global Category Manager for Cables and Emerging Business. In 2021, they were the Senior Business Development Manager for CO2 Transport, Storage, and Injection (CCUS). Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Tender & Win - Powersolutions, overseeing tender governance, processes, and execution. Øyvind also acts as an internal advisor for industry collaboration and M&A activities.

Øyvind Moen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. Øyvind completed their BA in International Finance from Griffith University in the years 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2000 to 2002, though their degree is not specified.
