Sofie Valdersnes has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice Chair and Deputy Representative on the Control Committee at Industri Energi since November 2021, and holding roles in the Election Committee for the LO clubs at Aker ASA since May 2021. Valdersnes previously worked as Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator at Aker BP ASA from August 2018 until March 2024, and has a solid background at IKM Testing AS from January 2006 to October 2018, where positions included Field Engineer and Process Operator. Valdersnes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Administration from BI Norwegian Business School (2019-2022) and a vocational degree in Process Technology from Stureterminalen (2012-2013).
