Simon Rieser's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Simon started their career in 2010 with an apprenticeship at Kistler Group, where they worked until 2014. In 2016, they co-founded Rieglia Engineering and served as the Co-Founder until 2017. Following that, they joined Akenza - IoT made simple in 2017 as the Head of Electronics until 2018, when they became the Co-CTO until 2020. From 2020 until the present, they hold the position of Co-CEO & VP Product at Akenza - IoT made simple.

Simon Rieser obtained their Berufsmaturit\u00e4t in the Technische Richtung from Berufsmaturit\u00e4tsschule Z\u00fcrich between 2010 and 2014. Simon then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ZHAW School of Engineering from 2014 to 2017.
