Satoshi JIMBO has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in international assignments and expatriate support. Currently serving in the Human Resources Department at 曙ブレーキ工業株式会社 since April 2022, Satoshi JIMBO is responsible for overseas personnel matters and payroll. Previously, a Player Support Agent at Keywords Studios, provided support for online and smartphone games. Prior to this role, an Expatriate Support Specialist at Mabuchi Motor Poland, assisting the Managing Director's Office. Satoshi JIMBO also operated as a freelancer, gaining foundational Polish language skills while engaging in community volunteer work. Earlier experience at 曙ブレーキ工業株式会社 involved global mobility support and training development, including legal aspects related to human resources. Satoshi JIMBO holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Yokohama National University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Keio University.
