Arca Çapanoğlu is a Process Development Specialist at Akdeniz Chemson, with experience since January 2020 in overseeing multiple CAPEX projects and managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to commissioning. Prior experience includes a production internship at GKN Fokker, where assistance was provided in lean manufacturing studies, and an internship at ELIT WHEELS, focusing on aluminum die casting and machining processes. Arca Çapanoğlu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University and a High School Diploma from Karşıyaka Cihat Kora Anadolu Lisesi.
