Marcus Solman is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at AKD Softwoods, where responsibilities include managing upgrade projects and driving continuous improvement at the Caboolture Timber Processing Plant since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Engineer at Moreton Bay Regional Council from April 2021 to June 2022, focusing on asset management and maintenance while gaining valuable engineering insights in various systems. Marcus also participated in Brisbane City Council's Cadetship Program as an Undergraduate Engineer from November 2019 to December 2020, contributing to the maintenance and upgrading of the bus fleet. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Queensland University of Technology, completed in June 2023.
