Roshan Arangalla currently serves as the Group Head of IT at Akbar Brothers since November 2022. Prior to this role, Roshan held the position of Senior Manager - Digital Economy, Technology Diffusion at the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka from July 2021 to October 2022. Experience includes serving as Deputy General Manager of Information Technology at A. Baur & Co. (Pvt.) Ltd. from September 2016 to May 2021, and as Deputy Head of IT at The Finance Company PLC from February 2015 to August 2016. Earlier positions include IT Manager at T&FG (Timex Garments) and Smart Shirts Limited. Roshan holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka, a Professional Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from BCS, and has completed A-Level examinations in Mathematics at De Mazenod College.
