Derya Dilara DoÄŸan is a UX Researcher and Design Strategist at Akbank since July 2023, with prior experience as an Instructor and Mentor at Userspots, where Derya delivered corporate-level training on UX research to prominent companies. As a Research Team Lead at Userspots, Derya collaborated with notable clients such as Ford and Samsung, managing research projects, moderating interviews, conducting various testing methods, and presenting findings. Previous roles include UX Researcher at UXservices, where Derya led diverse research projects for clients like Google and Akbank, and Co-Founder and COO of Benet House, a film production company supporting independent cinema. Derya also has internships in engineering and defense industries and has held leadership positions in multiple entrepreneurial initiatives during academic studies in Industrial Design at Middle East Technical University.
