Nazli Buldurgan currently serves as an Organization Design and Transformation Director at Yapi Kredi. Prior to this, Nazli held various managerial positions at Garanti BBVA and worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Nazli has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, organizational design, talent management, and market entry strategy. Nazli's educational background includes a Master's degree with a special concentration on Human Resources Management and Organization. Nazli also interned at UNHCR, where Nazli worked on a Gender Equity Project within the Human Resources Department.
