Terje Ã…rseth has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as HR Manager at Akasia since November 2014, where responsibilities include HR support for designated leaders and oversight of processes related to health, safety, and absence management. Prior to Akasia, Terje worked as a recruiter at Statoil from May 2013 to November 2014, and held the position of HR Manager at Miror Accounting AS from January 2012 to February 2013. Furthermore, Terje has experience as a product manager at Mirror Accounting from January 2011 to December 2012, and served as Head of Department at Posten Norge / Lindorff Group from 1995 to 2009. Additional roles include Administration Manager at Ergo Business from 1999 to 2001. Terje holds a Bachelor of Management with a specialization in HRM from BI Bergen, completed between 2007 and 2012.
