Koen Schagen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in project management, solutions engineering, and cloud architecture. Currently serving as a volunteer CSIRT Handler at DIVD Dutch Institute for Vulnerability Disclosure since January 2024, Koen has been a Senior Solutions Engineer and Senior Technical Project Manager at Akamai Technologies since September 2016. Previous roles include project manager for cloud infrastructure at Wolters Kluwer, Cloud Solutions Architect at Amsio Canada, and board member at the Canadian Netherlands Business and Professional Association. Koen founded SBconnect and led a team at Magnet Networks, focusing on partner network development and operational management. Koen's career began after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in ICT from the University of Amsterdam in 2007.
