Mohinder Pal Singh serves as the Principal Broker/Owner at AKAL Mortgages Inc. since September 2007, leading a multi-award winning team under Mortgage Alliance, dedicated to assisting Canadians with mortgage financing and supporting agents in their careers. Prior experience includes a role as Professor at the Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada Inc., where training for new and current mortgage professionals is provided, and as Founding Mortgage Broker at Real Mortgage Associates Inc. Additionally, experience spans positions as a Senior Mortgage Agent at Mortgage Alliance and a Mortgage Consultant at Alpha Financial. Mohinder holds multiple engineering degrees, including a Chartered Engineer qualification from The Institution of Engineers in India, and a diploma in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic G.T.B. Garh.
