Henrik Myhre Jensen is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in the field of mechanical and production engineering. Currently serving as a member of the Independent Research Fund Denmark since January 2023, Henrik holds the position of Professor at both the Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering, Aarhus University, and Aarhus University itself since January 2020 and December 2007, respectively. In addition to being a member of the Akademiet for de Tekniske Videnskaber, Henrik has previously served on boards and committees for various organizations, including the EuroMech European Mechanics Society and the Swedish Research Council. Henrik’s academic contributions are complemented by a solid education background, with a dr. techn. from the Technical University of Denmark and a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University.
