Katharina Janner Hagesveen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katharina currently works at AKJ Group as the Interim Marketing Director, overseeing marketing activities for the company. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Recruiter. Katharina served as the President of ANSA New York, a student association, from May 2019 to November 2020. Katharina also worked as a Shift Manager at EILEFS LANDHANDLERI DA, where they were responsible for managing shifts, staff, and the overall operation of a restaurant and bar. Before that, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Kompanjongene. Katharina began their career at Bærum Municipality, first as a Teaching Assistant and later as a Nursing Assistant.

Katharina Janner Hagesveen pursued their education chronologically beginning from 2016 to 2018 at Hillsborough Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Katharina then went on to enroll at Columbia University, where they studied Psychology and earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in 2021.
