Criss Chancellor has extensive experience in technical services and law enforcement. Currently serving as Technical Services Manager and Regional Manager at AK Associates since April 2004, Criss provides technical and operational support for 911 telephony systems and third-party applications, while liaising with vendors to ensure compliance with specifications and best practices. Previously, Criss served as a Police Sergeant for the Lexington-Fayette UCG Division of Police from February 1993 to April 2004, managing communications operations. Earlier experience includes a role as Law Enforcement Supervisor in the US Air Force from March 1981 to September 1992, overseeing daily law enforcement operations for a team of 10 to 15 personnel.
