Olena Moiseeva is a seasoned professional with nearly a decade of experience in design and branding, currently serving as Co-Founder and Creative Director at Ajust Design since February 2024. At Ajust Design, Olena focuses on transforming financial branding through creative and strategic design, leveraging a strong partnership network in the US and Europe. Previously, as Partner and Head of Design at Darien Group from May 2016 to January 2024, Olena led design innovation for private equity clients, significantly enhancing client acquisition and retention. Early career accomplishments include delivering global design solutions as a Senior Graphic & Web Designer at Upwork and crafting creative PR strategies at Samsung Electronics Ukraine. Olena's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Luhansk State Institute of Culture and Arts and a Master's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activities from Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport. Additionally, Olena contributed as a guest lecturer, empowering future marketers at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University.
