Gerard Llobet is a legal and administrative professional with extensive experience in public service and law. Currently serving as Cap de Serveis Generals i Organització at Consell Comarcal del Garraf since January 2019, Gerard also practices as an Advocat, providing legal advice in administrative, environmental, urban, and civil law. As Regidor de l'Ajuntament de Vilanova i la Geltrú since September 2011, Gerard has held multiple roles including delegado d'Urbanisme, Habitatge i Medi Ambient, and has been involved in various urban planning consortia.
