Wouter Debrouwer currently serves as the Production Unit Manager at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services since November 2022. Prior to this position, Wouter was employed at Pfizer from January 2021 to November 2022 as the Process Owner Process Validation, overseeing site validation processes and leading the process validation team. Wouter's career also includes significant roles such as Project Engineer Site Technical Services at Pfizer, where responsibilities encompassed supporting cGMP production, project management, and process validation. Wouter previously held the position of Project Lead at EcoSynth, focusing on chemical R&D, and served as a Senior Scientist specializing in flow chemistry and photochemistry.
